We look forward to having your child in the Beverly Hills Baptist Church Weekday Early Education (WEE) Program!

 

A non-refundable registration fee is charged for all age groups and must be paid before a child is considered enrolled. All forms required by the program must be completed annually for our records. The health form needs to be completed and signed by your child's physician. A copy of a current immunization record will be accepted until your physician can complete the health form.

 

Please print our Enrollment Form and submit to us with registration fee payment for the next term (summer or school year).
